The world of finance is full of new terms and symbols. We have a glossary to help new users deal with this information, please refer to it.

A series of algorithms that attempt to identify underlying relationships in a set of data by using a process that mimics the way the human brain operates. Neural networks have the ability to adapt to changing input so that the network produces the best possible result without the need to redesign the output criteria. (Investopedia)
The concept of neural networks is rapidly increasing in popularity in the area of developing trading systems. At one point in time, it would have seemed impossible to make a system that would be able to adapt to changing markets, but recent developments in technology have now made having these types of systems a reality. (Investopedia)

An Exchange-Traded Fund (ETFi) is A security that tracks an index, a commodity or a basket of assets like an index fund, but trades like a stock on an exchange. ETFs experience price changes throughout the day as they are bought and sold. (Investopedia)

New Capital Club maintains 10 INDEXES. "Bespoke" simply means "custom tailored," and that's exactly what we did finding ETFs that minimally correlate (move in tandem) to each other, and when combined offer a different market insight that one would necessarily get from looking just at the S&P500 or DJIA or each ETF individually. Furthermore, we use these INDEXES in our algorithms as data that is fed to the Neural Network.

The three main signals are BUY, SELL, and CLOSE. BUY means that the network recommends the purchase of a certain ETFi at next trading day's market open. SELL means that network recommends the selling of a certain ETF at next day's trading market open. CLOSE means that the network is anticipating a dramatic decline.

UP and DOWN indicate the perceived medium time frame (one month) trend.

The signals are updated daily and shortly after market close, this is usually between 4:30PM and 5:00PM EST.

The signals are located in the INDEXES, next to the ETFi quotes in the COMPONENTS table.

The signals are to the left of the ETF quote, highlighted here in pink.

The front page at the moment is a work in progress, but is meant to give the visitor an at a glance understanding of market action. Currently, you can see the movement in market indexes, currencies, commodities, and our 10 bespoke ETFi indexes. In the near future we'll have bonds, treasuries, futures, credit and capital markets. The modern market place is driven by correlations, part of our neural network's strategy is tracking these correlations, but an investor should also be aware of major market moves.
